Schedule and Rates

Different types of cases necessitate different fee structures.

For instance, if our firm is retained on an hourly (time) basis, the hourly rate is $225.00

In certain cases we may agree to accept a percentage of any monies awarded at the successful conclusion or settlement of the case.

In many instances we are amenable to payment plans and installments.

Some cases are charged at a flat rate. For example, an Article 78 Special proceeding is $3,500.00.

All fees quoted are exclusive of costs, disbursements and expenses.

Our initial consultation is free upon retainer.
